Wedding Advice for the Bride
As we scour sites and information to help our visitors sometime we come across advice that isn’t directly related to wedding photography but is just worthwhile so we have to share. Wedding path had a few great points in this article. These tips do somewhat relate to your wedding pictures as they are about “On-the-day Wedding Tip” and getting ready.
- Don’t wear a T-Shirt but a buttoned shirt as taking it off won’t damage your hair.
- If your dress goes over your head than put a pillow case or a silk underskirt on your head so that it will go over easier
- Before your wedding day remove any labels on the bottom of your shoes
- Have a friend who isn’t in the bridal party to do up buttons or lace tie-ups
- Get the bride dressed first. Usually people plan to get the bride ready last but if time becomes a premium you don’t want to be rushing.
Unique Wedding Ideas from Muse in Milton
Absolutely love some of these ideas from Muse custom designs in Milton, Ontario. “Every wedding day is special and unique, with lots of wonderful memories.” These are a few of my favorites but head over to her Facebook page to see some more great examples.
The custom dance floor, shoe decals and script on the limo or other vehicles make a really nice touch and also make for great wedding photography. Just as a note, this pictures are their promotional pictures and not taken by us but we do love the concepts.

“A letter to our readers and our supporters from the publishers of MOM Magazine
We’d like to begin by saying THANK YOU. Thank you for supporting our publication, for being there for us at events and for reading our work. MOM Magazine has been the result of a year’s worth of hard work, work that was a labour of love for all of us. Bringing you timely, substantial content and information for women, for moms, was our reason for being. It was our passion for really good magazines, along with our dedication to creativity and quality that allowed us to produce such a beautiful publication. We’re so incredibly proud of the acclaim the magazine has received from across Toronto, and even across Canada. During the past year, we have aligned ourselves with causes that are dear to our hearts, and we’re incredibly proud to have raised money for a number of community projects and causes. We’re especially proud of our fundraising efforts benefitting Milton athlete—Travis Gerrits—and his family in his successful bid for a spot on Canada’s Olympic team for the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics! We will continue to support these causes and projects as individuals.
However, we have been forced to make a very difficult decision. With heavy hearts we have decided not to continue publishing MOM Magazine for the time being. The articles already written and laid out for the next issue will be posted online via our website and facebook page. Subscriptions will be refunded. Despite our decision, we invite you to continue frequenting our online pages where information, events, product information will continue to be available and new articles will continue to be posted.
Any questions or comments may be emailed to email@example.com
Thank you again and we look forward to seeing you all in the Halton community, where we will continue to do our work as individuals, as friends and neighbours to you all.”
